A simple but effective way to reduce the noise from cars is adding trees. This house is a long a busy road with constant fast-moving vehicles driving by. We installed some plants to reduce the sound so the homeowners could enjoy the patio more. Once the trees mature they will provide a buffer from the noise while also providing a natural privacy.
